* If you don't see what you need in our ready-to-go stock or designs for your event/occasion, pop us a message and we can discuss requirements and send you a quote.  As a small business, we are unable to offer credit; payment in full is required to secure and confirm an order.  Once payment in full is required, we can then order any materials required and begin making your order, which may affect turnaround times if payment is late.

* Our turnaround for orders can vary for bespoke or personalised orders. We advise you to give at least 3 weeks' notice for small orders under 100 rosettes and 6 weeks for larger orders over 100.  We are always happy to take on short turnaround times where possible.
